🚚 Shipping Information
Local (Hong Kong)
- Standard Shipping: HK$40 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Orders over HK$600
- Delivery Time: 2–4 working days
- All local orders are sent via SF Express or Hong kong Post.
China & Macau
- Standard Shipping: HK$60 flat rate
- Delivery Time: 5–8 working days
- Sent via SF Express or a reliable regional courier.
International Shipping
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 working days
- We ship worldwide using Hong Kong Post via registered airmail or trusted courier partners such as DHL, or FEDEX (upon request)
- ✈ Note: Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
🎁 Processing Times
* Ready-Made Items: Ship within 1–3 working days
* Custom Orders (e.g. name embroidery): Please allow 5–8 working days for production before shipping

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! However, please note the following:
Returns
* Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order (excluding custom/personalized items).
* Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
* Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Custom / Personalized Items
* Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items with name embroidery or custom details unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double check for spelling on all personalised requests.
Exchanges
* If you received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
